# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) (Amendment) Order 2008, Article 27: Amendment of Schedule 5


(1) Schedule 5 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 7 for “(5)” substitute “(6)”.
(3) In paragraph 11 for “(9)” substitute “(8)”.
