# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Amendment Order 2020, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Amendment Order 2020.
(2) This Order comes into force on the date on which section 1 of the Scottish Elections (Franchise and Representation) Act 2020 comes into force.
