Article 10 Amendment of the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2015

Article 56 (publication of time and place of inspection of returns and declarations) is amended as follows.
(2)
In paragraph (1) for “not less than two newspapers circulating in the constituency for which the election was held” substitute “such manner as the CRO thinks fit”.
(3)
In paragraph (2) for “not less than three newspapers circulating in the region” substitute “such manner as the RRO thinks fit”.
