  "text": "(1) Schedule 6 (legal proceedings) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the table in Part 1 (election and return of constituency member)—\n(a) in the right hand column of the entry for section 160—\n(i) omit “omit paragraph (a)(i) and,”,\n(ii) for “subsections (4A) and” substitute “subsection”,\n(b) in the right hand column of the entry for section 173—\n(i) omit “omit paragraph (a)(i) and,”,\n(ii) omit “Omit subsection (2).”,\n(c) after the entry in the table for section 180 (evidence by certificate of holding of elections) insert a new entry—\n“\nSection 180A (evidence by certificate of electoral registration)\n”.\n(3) In the table in Part 2 (election and return of regional member)—\n(a) after the entry for section 157 (appeals and jurisdiction) insert a new entry—\n“\nSection 160 (persons reported personally guilty of corrupt or illegal practices)\nOmit subsection (1) to (3) and (6).\nIn subsection (4)—\n(a) for the words “reported by an election court personally guilty” substitute “convicted”,\n(b) after “Kingdom” insert “or election to the Scottish parliament”, and\n(c) after “Commons” in each place where it occurs, insert “or the Scottish Parliament”.\n”,\n(d) after the entry in the table for section 180 (evidence by certificate of holding of elections) insert a new entry—\n“\nSection 180A (evidence by certificate of electoral registration)\n”.",
