Article 20 Revocations and saving provisions

The provisions of the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2010^f1 and the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2015^f2 specified in the schedule (revocations) are revoked, to the extent specified in the schedule.

The provisions revoked by paragraph (1) continue to have effect on and after the day on which they are revoked as they had effect immediately before that day for the purposes of any election to be held on or before 5 April 2021.
