  "text": "After article 23(2) (discharge of registration duties) insert—\n“(3) An ERO must comply with any general or specific directions which may be given by the Scottish Ministers, in accordance with, and on the recommendation of, the Electoral Commission under section 8(1) of the 2000 Political Parties Act (directions as to discharge of registration duties), with respect to the arrangements to be made by the ERO in carrying out the ERO’s functions under this Order.”.",
