# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2007, Paragraph 15: Rule 52 (adjournment of poll in case of riot)


In rule 52(1) for the words “constituency returning officer” there shall be substituted–
“returning officer who discharges the functions specified in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5.”.
