# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2007, Paragraph 28: Rule 30 of the local elections rules (questions to be put to voters)


(1) In paragraph (3) of rule 30 of the local elections rules, in questions 1(b), 2(b) and 4 after the words “this election” there shall be added “for this local government area”.
(2) In paragraph (3) of rule 30 of the local elections rules, in question 3(b) after “elsewhere” there shall be inserted “at the election for this local government area”.
