Paragraph 33 Rule 38 of the local elections rules (adjournment of poll in case of riot)

At the end of paragraph (1) of rule 38 of the local elections rules there shall be inserted the words “who discharges the functions specified in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2007.”.
