  "text": "At the end of rule 57 of the local elections rules there shall be added–\n““At an election where the returning officer does not discharge the functions specified in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2007, this rule shall have effect as if sub paragraphs (c) and (f) were omitted.”.",
