# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2015, Article 37: Expenses of constituency candidate


For the purposes of this Part, sums paid and expenses incurred by a candidate for return as a constituency member in respect of whom the CRO has received a certificate issued by a nominating officer of a registered party under rule 7 of the Scottish Parliamentary Election Rules (authorisation to use a registered party’s name and description) are not to be regarded as having been paid or incurred by that party.
