# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2015, Article 46: Election agent’s claim


So far as circumstances admit, this Order applies to an election agent’s claim for remuneration and to its payment in like manner as if the election agent were any other creditor, and if any difference arises about the amount of the claim, the claim shall be a disputed claim within the meaning of this Part and shall be dealt with accordingly.
