  "text": "This draft Order replaces the one laid on 4th November 2015 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Order.\nDraft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 115 of, and Schedule 7 to, the Scotland Act 1998, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nConstitutional Law\nRepresentation Of The People\nMade 2015\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(1)\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12(1) and 113(2), (4) and (5) of the Scotland Act 1998 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 12(7) of that Act they have consulted the Secretary of State.\nIn accordance with section 7(1) and (2)(g) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 they have consulted the Electoral Commission.\nIn accordance with section 115 of, and Schedule 7 to, the Scotland Act 1998, a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.",
