# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2015, Paragraph 51: Correction of errors on day of poll


The presiding officer shall keep a list of persons to whom ballot papers are delivered in consequence of an alteration to the register of electors made by virtue of section 13B(3B) or (3D) of the 1983 Act (notice of alteration in the register) which takes effect on the day of the poll.
