# The Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2015, Paragraph 15: Rule 52 (adjournment of poll in case of riot)


In rule 52(1) for “CRO” there shall be substituted—
“returning officer who discharges the functions specified in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5”.
