  "text": "Rule 58 of the local elections rules shall be renumbered as paragraph (1) of that rule and after paragraph (1) as so renumbered there shall be added—\n“(2) At an election where the returning officer does not discharge the functions specified in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2015, this rule shall have effect as if sub-paragraphs (c), (d) and (f) were omitted.”.",
