The Order removes the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel from the list of persons specified for this purpose. This is a consequence of the transfer of that Panel’s functions to the First-tier Tribunal under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (2007 c. 15).",
