# The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (Amendment) Order 2009

Draft 2009, ISBN 9780111004807

This Order amends Part 2 of schedule 2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (2002 asp 11). Schedule 2 to that Act specifies persons liable to investigation by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. The Order removes the Criminal Injuries Compensation Appeals Panel from the list of persons specified for this purpose. This is a consequence of the transfer of that Panel’s functions to the First-tier Tribunal under the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (2007 c. 15).

Made under: Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 (Section 3)
