  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends Part 2 of schedule 2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002. Schedule 2 to that Act specifies the persons liable to investigation by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. The Order adds ILF Scotland to the list of persons specified for this purpose. This is in consequence of the establishment of the body as a company limited by guarantee by the Scottish Ministers for the purposes of promoting and advancing health in Scotland.",
