Article 2 Amendment of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002

(1)

Part 2 of schedule 2 (listed authorities: entries amendable by Order in Council) of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).

After paragraph 32AA^f1 (the Principal Reporter) insert—

“32AAA.

Quality Meat Scotland^f2.”.

(3)

After paragraph 48 (Scottish Natural Heritage) insert—

“48A.

The Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator^f3.”.

(4)

The following provisions are repealed—

(a)

paragraph 58 (British Potato Council),

(b)

paragraph 72 (Home-Grown Cereals Authority),

(c)

paragraph 73 (Horticultural Development Council),

(d)

paragraph 77 (Meat and Livestock Commission), and

(e)

paragraph 78^f4 (Milk Development Council).
