  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 24(2) of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nScottish Public Services Ombudsman\nMade 2025\nComing into force 2025\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the *** day of *** 2025\nPresent,\nThe King’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nThis Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2)(b) and (c) of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 and all other powers enabling His Majesty to do so.\nIn accordance with section 24(2) of that Act a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nAccordingly, His Majesty is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order as follows.",
