# The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 Amendment Order 2025, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends Part 2 of schedule 2 of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002. Schedule 2 of that Act specifies the persons liable to investigation by the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. The Order adds Quality Meat Scotland and the Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator to the list of persons specified for this purpose. The Order also removes five bodies, which no longer exist, from the schedule.
