# The Scottish Pubs Code Adjudicator (Miscellaneous Listings) Order 2024, Introduction: Introductory text


Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 25(3) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 and section 2(8) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, section 15(2)(a) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010, section 2(2)(a) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 25(3) of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 and section 2(8) of the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
