  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Scottish Secure Tenancies (Proceedings for Possession) (Pre-Action Requirements) Order 2012 and comes into force on 1st August 2012.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the 2001 Act” means the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001; and\n“any other outstanding financial obligations” refers to any financial obligation of the tenancy other than the obligation to pay rent.",
