  "text": "(1) The Queen’s Printer may print and sell copies of any of the documents to which this regulation applies.\n(2) On receipt of a request from any person (“the requester”) for a printed copy of a document to which this regulation applies, the Queen’s Printer must print a copy of the document and send it to the address specified by the requester.\n(3) The Queen’s Printer may charge the requester for printing and sending a copy of the document.\n(4) The Queen’s Printer need not print and send a copy of the document to the requester until any charge payable by virtue of paragraph (3) has been paid.\n(5) The documents to which this regulation applies are—\n(a) annual editions;\n(b) draft instruments;\n(c) instruments; and\n(d) Scottish Statutory Instruments Issue Lists.",
