  "text": "As soon as practicable after receiving a certified copy of an instrument in accordance with section 41(1) of the Act, the Queen’s Printer must publish on the Queen’s Printer’s website—\n(a) a copy of the instrument; and\n(b) any document related to the instrument that the responsible authority requests the Queen’s Printer to publish.",
