  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 to allow the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service to provide administrative support to the homeowner housing panel and private rented housing panel until such time as their functions are transferred to the Scottish Tribunals.",
