The Sea Fishing (Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing) (Scotland) Order 2013f1 is amended as follows.

In article 9(3) (offences), for “in accordance with Article 12 of the Council Regulation” substitute “in circumstances where such a certificate is required by virtue of Article 12 of the Council Regulation”.
