  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under sections 152(5) and 197 of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nChildren And Young Persons\nMade\nComing into force\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 152 and 195 of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with sections 152(5) and 197(2) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
