Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under sections 4(9) and 84(5) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 (c. 29), for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2) and (3)
The Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(4) and 84(2)(a) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 and section 85(2)(b) of the Financial Services Act 2012.
In accordance with sections 4(9) and 84(5) of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
