# The Securitisation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 45: Article 248


In Article 248, in paragraph 1—
(a) in the second subparagraph for “EBA shall develop draft regulatory” substitute “FCA and the PRA may each make”; and
(b) omit the third and fourth subparagraphs.
