  "heading": "Citation, commencement and extent",
  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Securitisation (Amendment) Regulations 2024.\n(2) The following provisions come into force on the day after that on which these Regulations are made—\n(a) regulation 2(2);\n(b) paragraph 10(3) of Schedule 2, and regulation 3 so far as relating to that provision.\n(3) The remaining provisions of these Regulations come into force on 1st November 2024.\n(4) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
