Regulation 3 Amendments to other enactments

Schedule 2 contains amendments to other enactments in connection with—

(a)

the revocation by section 1(1) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 of the EU Securitisation Regulation 2017, as defined in regulation 3(1) of the Securitisation Regulations 2024;

(b)

the provisions of the Securitisation Regulations 2024.
