The Securitisation Regulations 2024f1 are amended as follows.

In Schedule 1 (amendment or application with modifications of provisions of FSMA 2000), in paragraph 12 (notices)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (1), after “under regulations” insert “7,”;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (4)(a), after “regulation” insert “7,”;
(c)
in sub-paragraph (6), after “regulation” insert “7,”,
(3)
In Schedule 2 (consequential amendments), omit paragraph 1 (which contains a prospective amendment that is superseded by paragraph 12(2)(b) of this Schedule).
