# The Securitisation (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Paragraph 5: Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Qualifying Provisions) Order 2013


(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Qualifying Provisions) Order 2013 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph (2), omit the definition of “EU Securitisation Regulation 2017”.
(3) In article 2 (qualifying provisions: general), omit paragraphs (2)(n) and (6)(f).
(4) In article 3 (qualifying provisions: disciplinary measures), omit paragraphs (2)(q) and (3)(o).
(5) In article 5 (qualifying provisions: injunctions and restitution), omit paragraphs (2)(q) and (5)(p).
(6) In article 6 (qualifying provisions: fees), omit paragraphs (2)(s) and (4)(g).
