# The Securitisation (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Paragraph 7: Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014


(1) In the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014, the Schedule is amended as follows.
(2) In the entry relating to the Financial Conduct Authority, in the second column—
(a) for paragraph (o) substitute—
“(o) the conduct of persons regulated under the Securitisation Regulations 2024 or under rules made by the Financial Conduct Authority relating to securitisation;”;
(b) omit paragraph (v).
(3) In the entry relating to the Prudential Regulation Authority, in the second column, for paragraph (c) substitute —
“(c) the conduct of persons regulated under the Securitisation Regulations 2024.”.
