# The Securitisation Regulations 2023, Regulation 36: Monitoring and enforcement by FCA


(1) The FCA must maintain arrangements designed to enable it to determine whether regulated persons are complying with relevant requirements.
(2) The FCA must also maintain arrangements for enforcing compliance by regulated persons with relevant requirements.
