# The Securitisation Regulations 2023, Paragraph 2


In section 39 (exemption of appointed representatives), in subsection (4)—
(a) omit the “or” immediately following paragraph (a), and
(b) after that paragraph insert—
“(aa) a provision contained in or made under the Securitisation Regulations 2023, or”.
