# The Securitisation Regulations 2023, Paragraph 4


In section 66B (misconduct: action by the PRA), in subsection (4)—
(a) omit the “or” immediately following paragraph (a), and
(b) after that paragraph insert—
“(aa) imposed by or under the Securitisation Regulations 2023, or”.
