# The Securitisation Regulations 2023, Paragraph 5


In section 168 (appointment of persons to carry out investigations in particular cases), in subsection (4), after paragraph (ic) insert—
“(id) a person may have contravened any provision made by or under the Securitisation Regulations 2023;”.
