  "text": "(1) The parish of Burnham Without is divided into three wards named respectively—\n(a) Brue;\n(b) Edithmead;\n(c) Highbridge and Burnham Marine.\n(2) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(3) Three councillors are to be elected for Highbridge and Burnham Marine ward.\n(4) Two councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Brue;\n(b) Edithmead.",
