  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of North Petherton are abolished.\n(2) The parish is divided into four wards named respectively—\n(a) Hamp Bridge;\n(b) North Newton;\n(c) North Petherton;\n(d) Northmoor Green.\n(3) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(4) Ten councillors are to be elected for North Petherton ward.\n(5) Two councillors are to be elected for North Newton ward.\n(6) One councillor is to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Hamp Bridge;\n(b) Northmoor Green.",
