  "text": "(1) The parish of Wembdon is divided into two wards named respectively—\n(a) Bridgwater Victoria;\n(b) Wembdon.\n(2) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(3) Seven councillors are to be elected for Wembdon ward.\n(4) Three councillors are to be elected for Bridgwater Victoria ward.",
