# The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (Amendment) Regulations 2007, Regulation 18: Acts done for purposes of protection of women


Section 51(1) (acts done for purposes of protection of women) is amended as follows—
(a) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(ba) sections 35A and 35B,”;
(b) in paragraph (b) at the beginning insert “the remainder of”.
