Regulation 4 Discrimination on the grounds of gender reassignment

In section 2A (discrimination on the grounds of gender reassignment)f1 in subsection (1), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)

section 29, 30 or 31, except in so far as it relates to an excluded matter,”.
