Article 1 Title and extent

This Order may be cited as the Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland Consequential Amendments) Order 2008.

This Article, and Articles 2, 13 and 14, extend to the whole of the United Kingdom.

(3)

The remaining provisions of this Order extend to England and Wales and to Northern Ireland.
