# The Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Article 11: Section 142 (extent, saving etc.)


In section 142(2) (provisions which extend to Northern Ireland)—
(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) sections 46 and 57 to 60C,”, and
(b) omit paragraph (b).
