# The Sexual Offences (Northern Ireland Consequential Amendments) Order 2008, Article 4: Section 15 (meeting a child following sexual grooming etc.)


(1) Section 15 is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (2)(b)(ii).
(3) In subsection (2)(b)(iii) omit “and Northern Ireland” and “or (ii)”.
(4) Omit subsection (3).
