# The Shared Parental Leave Regulations 2014, Regulation 19: Entitlement to shared parental leave in the event of the death of mother, father or partner, or child


Part 1 of the Schedule applies where M, P or C dies before the end of the period during which shared parental leave may be taken (see regulation 7(1)).
