# The Ship and Port Security (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 16: Omission of Article 15 and statement of binding effect


In the principal Regulation—
(a) omit Article 15 (entry into force), and
(b) omit “This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.”.
